About Me
I grew up in San Geronimo, West Marin, roller skating in the driveway with neighborhood kids and exploring the creek. I’ve raised three kids (launched two!) and have lived in Sonoma, Marin and Contra Costa Counties, with college taking me to Connecticut and Ghana. I lean into the healing power of nature and community. I come to psychotherapy with a background in dance, photography and somatic work.
